The last 3 columns were devoted to the boosting heart energy. So far, we have learned 1. Improving our Internal Compass to help revitalize; 2. Holding our Heart Source point to reduce heart dis-ease; 3.Biting down on the little finger to calm the body; 4. Tracing the heart meridian; and 5. Learning how to open the horizontal band of energy at the waist (Belt Flow). Today, you will be introduced to 2 additional tools. Today, you will be introduced to yet additional tools to strengthen the heart energy. The fascinating part of these approaches, are that they are endless. When working one on one with a client, the energies are assessed, with a determination made as to which technique is the most viable. These exercises boost and strengthen heart energy. By doing these exercises, expect to find more comfort and calm with heart dis-ease. They are easy, quick and beneficial.

Belt Flow is horizontal Band of Energy. Frequently energy gets stuck from the waist up and from the waist down. Around the belly is a horizontal flow of energy known as the Belt Flow.  If energy is not flowing through this area, it gets stuck. From the waist up, it affects the heart. Remember that your heart is the largest generator of electricity in the body and the last organ to stop when the “lights heart, actual image with light diffusedgo out”. So, we want to do whatever we can to assist the heart’s energy to stay strong and vibrant! Last week we learned 2 tools to assist: 1. Improving our Internal Compass to help revitalize; and 2. Holding our Heart Source point to reduce heart dis-ease.

This week we will visit additional techniques, some of which you may remember from prior columns—which demonstrates how interconnected our energies are-by moving energies in one area the impact is far reaching, effecting many other parts of our being as well.

Bite down on both little fingers at the base of the nail beds. If you feel dis-ease of the heart, panic, hysteria etc., this technique assists in sending energy right into the heart since it is the end of the heart meridian on the inside edge of the nail bed and the outside edge of the nail bed is the small intestine, it’s paired meridian partner.
